Provide Tier 2 network support with a focus on networking technologies like WAN, wireless, and firewalls, specifically within the Raymond James environment. This role involves day-to-day operations, troubleshooting, monitoring, and implementation of network infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Provide network support to Raymond James branches
- Administer SDWAN infrastructure (Palo Alto ION)
- Maintain UPS systems
- Support Cisco Wireless networks
- Troubleshoot user connectivity issues
- Be involved with day-to-day network infrastructure operations
- Monitor network infrastructure
- Implement network infrastructure within the global Raymond James environment
Requirements
- 3+ years networking background
- SDWAN Administration
- Wireless (Cisco)
- UPS Maintenance
- Global Protect
- Palo Alto NGFW
- Excellent business communication skills (verbal and written)
- Customer service focus
Qualifications
- 3+ years networking background with general administration, troubleshooting and design skills
