About This Role

This role involves leading and supporting groups of students during their 7-10 day stays in New York, ensuring a well-organized, safe, and friendly experience. You will act as their local point of contact, manage daily logistics, and facilitate their discovery of the city.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for student groups in New York
• Ensure the program's consistency and coherence
• Manage daily logistics for the student groups
• Guarantee a fluid, secure, and friendly experience for students
• Share knowledge and help students discover New York
• Manage unexpected situations with calm and professionalism

Requirements

• Experience in group supervision, animation or management
• Good knowledge of New York City
• Organizational skills
• Autonomy
• Reactivity
• Ability to handle unforeseen events calmly and professionally
• Strong interpersonal skills (smiling, patient, attentive)
• Fluent in French (indispensable)
