Email Campaign Manager

About This Role

Manage end-to-end email campaign creation and deployment within Salesforce Marketing Cloud, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time and adhere to best practices. Serve as a key point of contact for business lines, providing guidance and support for email marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with business lines, ensuring campaigns are on time and providing guidance on email best practices
• Own the end-to-end process for email campaign creation, including building, QA, and deploying emails and journeys within Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Provide backup support for managing, building, testing, and deploying campaigns from Marketo

Requirements

• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Proficiency in HTML and CSS for email development
• Experience with email channel best practices
• Campaign management experience, working with multiple stakeholders and business lines

Nice to Have

• Experience with Litmus
• Experience with Workfront
• Experience with Stensul/Knak (no code solution)
