Lead and oversee electrical construction projects across industrial, commercial, healthcare, and federal sectors, ensuring compliance with safety and project procedures while coordinating resources and mentoring craft workers.
Responsibilities
- Effectively use all resources and lead/oversee craft workers assigned to specific areas of responsibility
- Ensure all onsite personnel comply with project procedures, safety program requirements, work rules, etc.
- Document all violations, notify project management, and recommend/implement correction actions as required
- Conduct accident investigations as needed
- Ensure compliance with all company, client, and project policies, procedures, standards, etc.
- Motivate others to achieve objectives
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise onsite functions (scheduling, engineering, material control, etc.)
- Effectively plan and organize the work for which you are responsible
- Keep daily job journal detailing actual events
- Plan ahead for materials, tools, and information
Requirements
- Decisive leader with a passion for hands-on work in outdoor environments
