Electrical Apprentice

Join as an Electrical Apprentice to assist in electrical rough-in and trim work, maintain a clean jobsite, and communicate effectively with team members. This role is for motivated individuals seeking a long-term career in a skilled trade.

Responsibilities

• Assist in electrical rough-in work, including measuring, cutting, and pulling wire
• Install trim components such as plugs, switches, lighting, and fixtures
• Carry tools and materials to support lead electricians and the crew
• Maintain a clean and organized jobsite by cleaning work areas and equipment
• Communicate progress, issues, and solutions with supervisors and team members
• Maintain a professional working relationship with the leadman and division manager
• Follow company safety rules and promptly correct or report hazards
• Take direction effectively and work as part of a team

• Ability to lift and carry materials and tools up to 50 lbs regularly
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, crouch, and climb
• Ability to work safely on ladders and in elevated areas
• Ability to perform repetitive motions (pulling wire, drilling, fastening, installing components)
• Ability to work in hot, cold, dusty, noisy, and tight construction environments
• Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of experience

• Knowledge of the current National Electric Code (NEC)
