About This Role

Manage an Easter photo set at Eastland Mall, ensuring a magical experience for children by overseeing operations, managing staff, and handling customer interactions. This temporary role runs from mid-February to late March.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Easter photo set operations
• Work with children and families to create memorable experiences
• Handle customer service inquiries and ensure satisfaction
• Manage financial transactions including cash handling
• Possibly assist with photography and events/promotions
• Oversee staff and potentially mentor junior employees

Requirements

• 18 years or older
• Smartphone and computer (with spreadsheets, Google Drive, Outlook experience)
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to pass a background check and/or drug screen
• Minimum 1 year of management experience
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
• Minimum 1 year of retail experience
• Authorized for work in the USA
• Technologically savvy

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of management experience, 1 year of customer service experience, and 1 year of retail experience.
