Provide early intervention social work or mental health services to families with children aged birth to 3 years who have developmental delays or are at risk for them. You will work as part of a trans-disciplinary team, utilizing a parent coaching model to educate, train, and support families.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of all areas of infant-toddler development
- Utilize a parent coaching model in work with families
- Participate in screenings, assessments, child groups, parent groups, center visits, and home visits as a member of a trans-disciplinary team
- Provide home-based services to families across the catchment area
- Collaborate with community providers to ensure continuity of services for families
- Provide service coordination to assigned caseload including coordinating the development, monitoring, and review of the Individual Family Service Plan
Requirements
- Master’s Degree in Social Work or relevant Psychology field
- Current licensure as an LCSW, LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT (or license eligible for LMHC/LMFT)
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Working knowledge of Word, Excel, Adobe, and Office365 including Outlook, OneDrive, and Teams
- Ability to use computer-based technology including a computer/laptop and cell phone
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in Social Work OR Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology, Clinical Psychology, Developmental Psychology or Educational Psychology
- Two (2) years of pediatric experience preferred
