Join the Talent Acquisition team to support recruitment and program management for Early Career Talent initiatives, gaining hands-on experience in campus recruiting and candidate engagement within a CPG environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist with sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews for Intern, Co-op and Campus Ambassador candidates
- Coordinate campus recruiting events, career fairs, and information sessions
- Maintain candidate data and track progress using our applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Help plan and execute onboarding, orientation, and engagement activities for interns and co-ops
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless experience for early talent participants
- Monitor program metrics and feedback to support continuous improvement
- Assist with communications, newsletters, and event logistics
- Work on reports, presentations, and documentation related to recruitment and program operations
- Participate in special projects and initiatives within the Talent Acquisition team
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong communication skills
- Passion for talent development and creating exceptional candidate experiences
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications

Nice to Have
- Familiarity with ATS or HRIS systems
