About This Role

Join the Talent Acquisition team to support recruitment and program management for Early Career Talent initiatives, gaining hands-on experience in campus recruiting and candidate engagement within a CPG environment.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews for Intern, Co-op and Campus Ambassador candidates
  • Coordinate campus recruiting events, career fairs, and information sessions
  • Maintain candidate data and track progress using our applicant tracking system (ATS)
  • Help plan and execute onboarding, orientation, and engagement activities for interns and co-ops
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless experience for early talent participants
  • Monitor program metrics and feedback to support continuous improvement
  • Assist with communications, newsletters, and event logistics
  • Work on reports, presentations, and documentation related to recruitment and program operations
  • Participate in special projects and initiatives within the Talent Acquisition team

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Passion for talent development and creating exceptional candidate experiences
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with ATS or HRIS systems
