About This Role

The EAP Dedicated Management Consultant provides crucial management consultation on workplace concerns, enhances employee wellbeing, and ensures effective EAP protocols for Spring Health's clients. This role involves coordinating critical incident responses and managing crisis situations.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate critical incident response requests
  • Provide management consultation that enhances employee wellbeing and workplace effectiveness
  • Complete management referral intakes and ensure appropriate placement of referred employees
  • Complete daily shifts on an incoming queue and meet speed to answer service level agreement requirements
  • Provide follow-up to monitor employee compliance and feedback to supervisors, HR/Managers
  • Confirm necessary paperwork is in place to coordinate follow-up with treatment providers and HR/Managers
  • Provide limited after care monitoring
  • Assess for risk and manage member and organizational crises by providing in-the-moment support, triage, safety planning, and follow up
  • Identify and problem-solve issues that serve as a barrier or disruption to care
  • Act as a subject matter expert on customer's benefits ecosystem and programs
  • Maintain accurate and complete documentation of required information

Requirements

  • Independent LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or Psychologist licensure with minimum 3 years experience
  • Crisis management and SUD experience
  • Familiarity with basic terminology and concepts used in employee assistance/human services programs
  • EAP experience
  • Experience delivering and coordinating critical incident response
  • Tech and computer savvy
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years experience as LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or Psychologist (independent licensure required)

Nice to Have

  • Supervisory experience and/or experience working with management and human resource professionals
  • Experience working with diverse populations (bilingual preferred)
  • Knowledge of healthcare settings and community resources
