About This Role

The E-Support Specialist I provides technical support to the field force, assisting them with customer-facing technologies like E-Applications and E-Delivery. This role involves maintaining and monitoring Marketing E-Systems, identifying enhancements, and participating in the implementation of new solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Provide answers to questions and concerns from the Field Force regarding electronic systems and applications
  • Maintain and monitor the performance and integrity of Marketing E-Systems
  • Report issues to appropriate teams (external or internal) in a timely manner and follow through until resolved
  • Use knowledge of application systems and procedures to form appropriate communication and documentation for reporting issues or requests
  • Research and identify potential enhancement opportunities for Marketing E-Systems
  • Efficiently and effectively research, develop, test, and coordinate application systems, procedures, and workflows
  • Maintain awareness of E-System project initiatives or development that impacts agents and/or policyowners
  • Participate in preparing and presenting lessons when new electronic systems and capabilities impact agents and internal departmental areas
  • Contribute to departmental or company-wide project initiatives assigned by Management

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a Marketing, Public Relations, Business or related field; or a combination of education and experience

Nice to Have

  • Insurance or industry related certification
  • Knowledge of Business Analysis techniques, Policy Administration databases, Reporting services, and Query Management tools
  • Knowledge and/or interest in new and emerging technologies
