The Dry Goods Keyholder supports the management team, focusing on delivering exceptional customer service by building relationships, sharing product knowledge, and maintaining an appealing store environment.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers sincerely and respectfully
- Perform sales associate duties and achieve individual sales and account goals
- Develop customer relationships to grow business
- Highlight product knowledge and services for an optimal customer experience
- Unpack and display stock
- Maintain a visually appealing and clean store
- Assist with new hire training
- Open and close the store for business
- Work day, evening, and weekend shifts as required
