This role supports Dads Against Crime's mission by building strong relationships with donors, primarily through high-volume thank you calls, emails, and letters, to prevent crime through mentorship and community involvement.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound thank-you calls to donors daily
- Send donor appreciation emails for one-time donations
- Prepare and mail hundreds of donor appreciation letters
- Maintain accurate donor records
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable making outbound phone calls daily
- Professional phone presence and email etiquette
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage repetitive, high-volume tasks consistently
- Basic computer proficiency (email, data entry, documents)
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work full-time on-site
- Ability to handle confidential donor information with discretion
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred)
Nice to Have
- Experience in nonprofit donor relations, fundraising, or development
- Customer service, call center, or administrative experience
- Familiarity with donor databases or CRM systems
- Experience preparing bulk mailings or donor correspondence
- Strong time-management and task-tracking skills
- Ability to communicate an organization’s mission clearly and confidently
