District Manager Large Parking & Valet Operation

About This Role

Lead a large multi-campus parking and valet operation in Dallas, focusing on financials, employee management, client relations, and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Oversee garage parking and valet operations for a hospital campus in Dallas
• Manage financials, budgets, and employee recruitment and relations
• Handle client and customer relations, cash controls, and accounts receivable
• Ensure facility maintenance, special projects, and daily operations are handled
• Cultivate a professional, diverse, and customer-focused team
• Gather, review, and verify the timely and accurate completion of daily and monthly reports
• Provide prompt, customer-oriented service, resolving issues without executive management involvement
• Ensure all facilities operate in accordance with company policy and procedures
• Oversee management and scheduling of all sites and operations
• Develop and retain client relationships by maintaining regular communication and partnering on projects
• Oversee management of special events and enforcement personnel
• Responsible for the recruiting, hiring, development and retention of various employee roles
• Review all P & L Statements per location and evaluate steps needed to operate at or under budget
• Participate in relevant professional associations to remain current on industry knowledge and skills
• Oversee the contract parker program and review daily revenue collected

Requirements

• Proven experience as both a Garage and Valet Manager

• Proven experience as both a Garage and Valet Manager required.
