This role involves providing online Discrete Math tutoring to students nationally through the Varsity Tutors Live Learning Platform, allowing tutors to manage their own schedule and make a significant impact on student learning.
Responsibilities
- Provide personalized instruction to individual students through 1-on-1 Online Tutoring
- Accept on-demand tutoring requests via Instant Tutoring whenever available
- Set your own hours and tutor to your desired capacity
- Invoice for tutoring sessions conducted
- Utilize the Live Learning Platform and AI-powered Tutor Copilot to enhance sessions, save prep time, and focus on teaching
Requirements
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, engaging teaching style
- Expertise in Discrete Math and the ability to explain concepts clearly
- Ability to personalize lessons and adapt to different learning styles
