This role involves case management for individuals requesting Disability Navigation services, assisting in program operations, and connecting individuals with disabilities to essential resources, supports, and services.
Responsibilities
- Case management of individuals on caseload requesting services through Disability Navigation
- Assist the Director of Disability Services & Navigation to maintain overall operations of the Disability Navigation program
- Help individuals with disabilities access services, supports, and resources
- Perform all the responsibilities and duties of the Program Instructors of Pathways to Opportunity as needed
Requirements
- One (1) year of experience working with individuals with disabilities
- Associate's Degree or Bachelor's degree in education, social, behavioral or rehabilitative science, or equivalent experience
- Valid driver's license and approved driving history
Qualifications
- Associate's Degree or Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with a major in education; or a social, behavioral or rehabilitative science; or an acceptable combination of education and experience
- One (1) year of experience working with individuals with disabilities
