This Director, Sales role at Amkor Technology leads the profitable revenue growth and market share penetration for assigned accounts and drives business development for new customers. The position coordinates across internal stakeholders and establishes relationships with key decision makers to achieve company goals.
Responsibilities
- Manage customer business development activities for advanced technology, qualification, and production.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders (business units, R&D, TPMs, customer service, factories) for program execution.
- Perform market research and competitive analysis on mobile communications and computing end-products.
- Establish close relationships with key decision makers at Amkor and customer organizations.
- Establish annual revenue and financial targets and manage strategic goals.
- Negotiate customer contracts and pricing.
- Develop an understanding of Amkor's product lines and applications.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in an engineering discipline
- 10+ years account management/sales experience
- Proven track record of sales growth
- Previous experience in semiconductors, electronics, or electronics manufacturing
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with MS Office
- Highly developed interpersonal skills with ability to interact across all levels of the organization
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in an engineering discipline
- Minimum of 10 years account management/sales experience with a proven track record of sales growth.
