Director, Patient Access

About This Role

This role involves leading and administering patient access functions to optimize operational efficiency, enhance patient experience, and ensure regulatory compliance within Ensemble Health Partners. This position requires strong leadership in day-to-day decisions and talent development.

Responsibilities

• Consistently provide exceptional experiences for clients, patients, and colleagues

• Provide vision, leadership and operational oversight for on-site Patient Access staff within a specific hospital or market

Requirements

• 3+ years of leadership experience
• 3+ years of Patient Access or Pre Access experience
• Experience in healthcare provider finance operations or similar service environment
• Demonstrated use of KPIs to drive and track team performance
• Financial and project management experience
• Strong communication, organizational, interpersonal, and customer service skills
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• 3+ years of leadership experience and 3+ years of Patient Access or Pre Access experience
