This role is responsible for developing and executing talent acquisition strategies to attract, engage, and hire top talent across the organization, collaborating with leadership to forecast hiring needs and enhance the employer brand.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies that align with business goals and workforce planning
- Collaborate with leadership to forecast hiring needs and prioritize recruitment efforts
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates for all levels of the organization
- Lead employer branding initiatives to attract high-quality candidates and promote the company culture
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for key roles and ensure proactive recruitment strategies are in place
- Oversee relationships with external recruitment agencies and job boards to maximize reach
- Develop and track recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of talent acquisition efforts
- Manage the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires
- Provide training and guidance to hiring managers on interviewing techniques and recruitment best practices
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment regulations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 7+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment
- 3+ years in a leadership role in talent acquisition
- Strong knowledge of recruiting methods, employment laws, and best practices
- Proven experience managing full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to develop and manage recruitment metrics to measure performance and success
- Experience with employer branding initiatives and talent pipeline development
- Strong organizational skills
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 7+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
