Director of Strategy and Growth

About This Role

This role will drive the company's value creation program through growth initiatives and process & organizational redesign. It focuses on identifying and executing opportunities to maximize the company's position for PE investor exit.

Responsibilities

• Drive new campus expansion efforts, including site selection, property build out, cross-functional project management, budgeting/forecasting, and launch
• Support current campus facilities growth and expansion plans
• Implement growth and process improvement initiatives, ensuring fast and pragmatic execution
• Create transparency and visibility by tracking initiative progress to enable better and faster decision making
• Act as a "force multiplier" for the organization, empowering line functions to focus on implementation
• Provide consistency to internal discussions and support Board updates

Requirements

• Strategy consulting experience
• Experience driving transformations as a consultant or in direct execution role in industry
• Experience with growth initiatives, process & organizational redesign, and system implementation efforts

Qualifications

• At least 5 years experience in consulting or in-house strategy/growth role
