About This Role

This role involves architecting and leading IJM's global talent engine by designing and operationalizing standardized recruiting workflows and policies. The Director will oversee the U.S. recruiting team, provide guidance to regional teams, and personally lead full-cycle recruiting for critical U.S. senior leadership and Global Functions roles.

Responsibilities

  • Design, standardize, and implement global recruiting workflows and policies for consistent and compliant processes.
  • Optimize and govern Workday Recruiting (ATS) to ensure data integrity, transparency, and actionable analytics.
  • Build and develop strong global partnerships with regional recruiting teams, HRBPs, and hiring managers.
  • Establish and manage global recruiting metrics to inform workforce planning, improve time to fill, quality of hire, and candidate experience.
  • Ensure global hiring compliance by embedding legal, regulatory, and data privacy requirements into policies and systems.
  • Strengthen IJM's employer brand and sourcing strategies to attract diverse, mission-aligned talent.
  • Personally execute full-cycle recruiting for critical senior, executive, and U.S. Global Functions roles.
  • Oversee a global framework for recruiting compliance aligned with federal, state, and local employment laws.
  • Provide leadership to the U.S.-based recruiting function and dotted-line guidance to regional recruiting teams.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive global recruiting strategies in partnership with the VP, Talent Pipeline & Development.

Requirements

  • 10+ years experience in full-cycle recruiting
  • 5+ years in a leadership role overseeing multi-region or global recruiting operations
  • Proven track record designing and implementing standardized recruiting processes and workflows across diverse geographies and jurisdictions
  • Demonstrated expertise with Workday Recruiting (ATS)
  • Strong understanding of U.S. federal and state employment laws
  • Familiarity with global hiring compliance, data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR), and international mobility considerations
  • Experience partnering with senior leaders and HR Business Partners for workforce planning, executive search, and expatriate hiring
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field, or relevant experience
  • Minimum of ten years' experience in full-cycle recruiting, with at least five years in a leadership role overseeing multi-region or global recruiting operations
