About This Role

This executive role involves developing and executing Seacoast Bank's real estate and facilities strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and growth plans. The Director will oversee real estate initiatives, manage facilities operations across all locations, and lead a multidisciplinary team to optimize the bank's physical footprint.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of Seacoast's real estate strategy
  • Provide strategic oversight for real estate transactions including leases, acquisitions, and dispositions
  • Define and monitor performance metrics for portfolio effectiveness and space utilization
  • Build and manage relationships with landlords, brokers, and external partners
  • Oversee facilities operations across all bank locations, ensuring safety, efficiency, and compliance
  • Develop and implement policies, procedures, and governance standards for property operations
  • Manage facilities related expenditures, capital planning, budgets, and vendor contracts
  • Oversee construction and facilities projects to achieve on-time and on-budget outcomes
  • Partner with business line leaders to translate operational priorities into real estate solutions
  • Mentor and coach team members to support professional growth and sustained performance

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in strategy, operations, real estate and facilities oversight within complex organizations
  • Demonstrated experience leading complex, multi-site real estate initiatives or capital programs
  • Proven ability to partner effectively with internal and external subject matter experts
  • Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills
  • Proven ability to operate effectively with senior executives and drive alignment
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate across business lines and lead cross-functional teams
  • Process improvement mindset with experience assessing and scaling operational practices
  • Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred in Business, Real Estate, Facilities Management, or related field.
  • 10+ years of progressive leadership experience spanning strategy, operations, real estate and facilities oversight, and enterprise or large-scale initiatives within complex organizations; experience in banking, financial services, or other regulated industries preferred.
