Requirements
- Current RN license
- 5 years of experience as a Director of Nursing in a skilled nursing facility (SNF)
- Proven track record of compliance with state and federal regulations
- In-depth knowledge of the CMS 5-Star Quality Rating System
- Demonstrated success in achieving positive clinical outcomes
- Natural educator who thrives on teaching, mentoring, and inspiring clinical team members to excel
- Collaborative leader with a positive mindset
Qualifications
