Requirements

• Current RN license
• 5 years of experience as a Director of Nursing in a skilled nursing facility (SNF)
• Proven track record of compliance with state and federal regulations
• In-depth knowledge of the CMS 5-Star Quality Rating System
• Demonstrated success in achieving positive clinical outcomes
• Natural educator who thrives on teaching, mentoring, and inspiring clinical team members to excel
• Collaborative leader with a positive mindset
