This is a senior leadership role responsible for developing and executing traditional media strategies and overseeing all customer-facing marketing content for 22 automotive dealerships. It involves managing a multi-disciplinary team and ensuring brand consistency across all marketing efforts.
Responsibilities
- Lead all traditional media planning, buying, negotiations, and execution, including radio, broadcast/CTV, and outdoor advertising across the metro Atlanta market
- Maintain strong relationships with local media partners, vendors, and reps
- Ensure media strategies align with business goals, dealership priorities, seasonal sales objectives, and co-op requirements
- Oversee campaign flights, budgets, market coverage, spot placement, and performance monitoring
- Collaborate with executive leadership to allocate and optimize media spend across brands and locations
- Write customer-facing copy for various marketing outlets, including radio scripts, website copy, social media copy, press releases, ad copy
- Own quality control and final approval of all customer-facing marketing content
- Enforce brand standards, legal disclaimers, OEM requirements, and messaging consistency across all channels and dealerships
- Lead and manage group-wide marketing initiatives, including sales campaigns, seasonal promotions, brand updates, and corporate messaging
- Directly manage and develop a team including Graphic Designer, Events Manager, Marketing Coordinator, Co-Op Manager, and Marketing Intern
Requirements
- 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably within an agency, in-house agency, automotive or multi-location retail environment
- Demonstrated experience buying traditional media in the Atlanta market (radio, TV, outdoor required)
- Proven track record of people management and team leadership
- Expert-level grammar, proofreading, and copy-editing skills; obsessive attention to detail is required
- Strong strategic thinking ability to manage both big-picture initiatives and day-to-day execution
- Experience working with brand standards, legal disclaimers, and co-op compliance
- Exceptional communication skills and confidence presenting to leadership and stakeholders

- 5+ years of marketing experience
