Lead design practice through research and human-centered insight, driving a culture of curiosity and creative experimentation across interdisciplinary design teams. Define and advance an agenda focusing on human experience, connecting emerging ideas and technologies to market strategies, and translating insight into action to elevate the firm's brand and enrich design outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Develop an organizational service design strategy to anticipate changing client landscapes and seize new opportunities through research and innovation.
- Define goals and lead successful change initiatives by guiding teams through structured decision-making processes.
- Engage and empower stakeholders across all levels by facilitating inclusive processes that integrate diverse perspectives.
- Explore new ideas and uncharted opportunities by challenging assumptions and helping clients envision innovative, future-focused solutions.
- Generate research-driven insights by applying qualitative and quantitative research methods to understand environmental interactions and design influence on behavior.
- Align space with operational processes by applying Lean and efficiency-based methodologies to reduce waste and optimize workflows.
- Capture, measure, and advance design outcomes by defining success metrics, evaluating performance, and using evidence-based findings to improve project results.
