Director of Accelerate

About This Role

This role is responsible for driving delivery excellence, operational performance, and profitable growth within a professional staffing division, carrying full P&L responsibility with a focus on execution, fulfillment, and client delivery outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead recruiting team with a focus on speed-to-fill, quality-of-hire, and candidate experience
• Establish scalable recruiting strategies and capacity models
• Ensure best-in-class sourcing strategies
• Support sales partners through solution design, delivery modeling, and operational input
• Own P&L responsibility for Accelerate staffing division
• Forecast and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual performance metrics tied to delivery, profitability, and client satisfaction
• Translate revenue goals and client commitments into executable delivery plans

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field
• 7+ years of progressive sales leadership experience within staffing, professional, or workforce solutions
• Strong business acumen with expertise in strategic planning
• Proficient in CRM tools, data analytics, and performance tracking
