Director, Global Strategic Partnerships

About This Role

The Director of Global Strategic Partnerships will drive high-level collaborations and partnerships with large BioPharma customers globally by leveraging a strong knowledge of the customer and the Danaher Life Sciences product portfolio. This role focuses on achieving cross-platform commercial penetration through revenue growth and incremental opportunity generation by influencing C-suite and essential decision-makers.

Responsibilities

• Build and develop strong customer partnerships through articulating Danaher LS's value proposition
• Orchestrate C-Suite, Senior Leadership meetings, on-site strategy visits and technical seminars
• Build and own account strategy from the ground up
• Develop and implement strategic and tactical plans to achieve defined sales goals
• Articulate Danaher LS’s value proposition to OpCo senior leaders
• Understand, build and manage sales funnel on a routine basis
• Provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer to boost top-line revenue growth
• Develop a strong understanding of the Danaher LS portfolio and workflows
• Learn and understand local consortium purchasing to support strategy

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, or higher, in a science-related field
• 5 years selling into large BioPharma
• 7+ years of commercial experience at a Life Sciences company, or closely related industry
• 2 years success selling to VP and C-Suite Account Leaders
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record

• Bachelor’s degree, or higher, in a science-related field
• 7+ years of commercial experience at a Life Sciences company, 5 years selling into large BioPharma, and 2 years success selling to VP and C-Suite Account Leaders
