Lead account management and business development for Samsung Foundry's expanding business by acquiring and growing new accounts. Leverage deep understanding of the semiconductor industry to articulate Samsung's strengths and drive successful engagements from conception to high-volume manufacturing.
Responsibilities
- Lead contract negotiations and manage sales operations once an account is converted
- Generate and drive new accounts to successful engagements, managing from first contact to onboarding
- Articulate Samsung's strengths and craft solutions based on customer needs, utilizing understanding of semiconductor process or design technology
- Collaborate with internal organizations including Marketing, Process, and Design Teams on RFQs and design awards
Requirements
- Extensive experience in the semiconductor industry, particularly with Foundries and supply chain in a customer facing role
- Understanding of advanced node semiconductor process technology, IP ecosystem and industry landscape
- Demonstrated results in establishing creative partnerships
- Proven experience in semiconductor marketing/sales/business development roles with track record of closing complex deals
- Strong drive to win, self-motivated and able to work independently
- Team player with ability to work across diverse cross-functional global teams
- Vast network and experience working with Executives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Business or Engineering related Discipline with 20+ years related experience OR Master's in Business or Engineering related Discipline with 18+ years related experience OR PhD in Business or Engineering related Discipline with 15+ years related experience.
- 15+ years experience with PhD in Business or Engineering; 18+ years with Master's; 20+ years with Bachelor's, in the semiconductor industry, particularly close to Foundries and supply chain in a customer facing role
Nice to Have
- MBA with Engineering degree is highly preferred
- Large network in the semiconductor industry
