Director, Enterprise Risk Consulting (ERC)

About This Role

This Director role drives Genpact's Enterprise Risk Consulting market positioning and growth through new client acquisition. The role involves leading large projects focused on internal audits, risk assessments, operational process reviews, and SOX compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements in governance, risk & compliance (GRC), Internal Audits, process reviews, standard operating procedures & Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) 404 assessments
• Identify improvement areas in client's business processes to prepare recommendations
• Demonstrate an application & solution-based approach to problem-solving
• Handle engagement budgets and support marketing collateral, business proposals, and new solution development
• Contribute to knowledge management sessions within the practice
• Evaluate and improve the efficiency and adequacy of the organization's Risk management, Control, and Governance processes
• Prepare leadership decks by synthesizing data and building a business narrative
• Support Business Development activities for new and existing clients in the CLMS domain
• Work independently with customers to understand expectations and assignment mandates
• Lead and develop marketing campaigns, conducting research and data analysis to define audiences
• Manage projects and time effectively, prioritizing multiple tasks and coordinating work to meet deadlines
• Handle engagement planning, management, client report review, and presentations
• Develop work programs and methodologies to build specific proficiency and improve value proposition

Requirements

• Minimum Qualification: MBA / Post Graduate/ CA
• Robust understanding of the risk, audit and controllership domain specifically in Insurance vertical
• Experiences in new age businesses such as technology enabled companies, e-commerce, or online aggregators
