Direct Support Professional (DSP) - Weekend Specialist

About This Role

Support individuals with developmental disabilities as a Part-Time Weekend Specialist. This role provides 1-on-1 assistance with daily tasks and recreational activities, offering a flexible schedule perfect for earning extra income or fitting an academic schedule.

Responsibilities

• Work 1 on 1 with a friendly and outgoing woman
• Help with light cooking and chores
• Be available to assist as needed
• Engage in fun activities around town, such as going out for coffee, shopping, and being outdoors

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Valid Driver's License
• Use of an Insured Vehicle
• Must be 18 years old or older
• Ability to pass a MN Background Study

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
• NO experience necessary, on-the-job training provided
