About This Role

This role is a Field Inspector responsible for identifying residential homes for free roof inspections, scheduling appointments, and educating homeowners on the service. This position is field-based and does not involve sales or roof climbing.

Responsibilities

  • Walk assigned residential neighborhoods
  • Speak directly with homeowners at their homes
  • Perform basic, ground-level visual inspections of roofs
  • Explain the free roof inspection service to homeowners
  • Schedule inspection appointments for the in-home inspection team
  • Work outdoors and stay active

Requirements

  • Comfortable talking to people face-to-face
  • Positive attitude
  • Strong desire to succeed
  • Professional appearance
  • Great communication skills
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Valid driver's license
  • Reliable vehicle (to get to and from the office)
  • Ability to work 40 hours between 9am - 7pm, Monday - Saturday
