Manage front-of-house operations and service teams for a fine dining restaurant, ensuring quality, consistency, and guest satisfaction. Work closely with the culinary team focusing on scratch-made food, seasonal and local produce.
Responsibilities
- Manage restaurant front of house and service teams
- Perform assistant manager roles and duties as part of the restaurant management team
- Interpret and manage recipes to ensure compliance and minimize waste
Requirements
- 2+ years experience as a Restaurant Manager in upscale casual or fine dining
- Ability to interpret and manage recipes
- Strong broiler skills
- Excellent attention to detail
Qualifications
- 2+ years as a Restaurant Manager in an upscale casual dining or fine dining environment
