About This Role

Lead social strategy for multiple brands and accounts, balancing long-term planning with cultural relevance and ensuring consistent, impactful brand experiences.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve social strategy across multiple brands, tailoring approach based on brand voice, objectives, and audience
• Build annual and quarterly social roadmaps for each brand, aligned to campaign moments and business goals
• Develop campaign concepts, themes, and narratives that scale across platforms while remaining brand-specific
• Define platform strategies, content mix, and publishing priorities by brand
• Establish content hierarchies (hero, supporting, stories, real-time) to guide creative development
• Set and uphold brand voice, tone, and copy standards across all assigned brands
• Collaborate with creative teams on key captions, on-screen copy, and narrative framing
• Shape event-based content strategies and capture plans across multiple brand activations
• Lead influencer and creator strategy across a portfolio of brands
• Review monthly performance reports across brands and platforms, translating data into optimization recommendations
