This Leadership Development Program is designed to equip recent graduates with hands-on experience and a deep operational understanding of Mustang Cat's business, products, and customers. You will rotate through core business divisions, building technical skills and leadership competencies to grow into a future leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with customers and employees at all levels
• Fulfill day-to-day responsibilities within your assigned department
• Rotate through multiple business units for cross-functional exposure
• Receive personalized mentorship and one-on-one manager training
• Participate in lunch-and-learns with Mustang Cat executives
• Complete presentations and business-impact projects
• Grow into a leadership role within the organization
