About This Role

Oversee the day-to-day operations of specialty dental services, ensuring compliance with standards and regulations. Manage employee and patient relations, and work with the team to achieve operational goals.

Responsibilities

• Ensure flawless execution of operational standards and compliance with professional, state, and federal regulatory requirements
• Achieve revenue goals by managing patient scheduling, staff productivity, collections and receivables, specialty referrals, and miscellaneous operational expenses
• Manage labor costs for the supervisory team, ensuring compliance with budgetary guidelines
• Increase and stimulate new patient growth and patient retention through sales, marketing, and promotional programs
• Respond to doctor, patient, and employee grievances, complaints, and inquiries, seeking assistance as needed
• Communicate with Office and Dental leadership to ensure necessary support is provided
