Manage a portfolio of client engagements by leading engineering teams, developing project backlogs, and ensuring successful delivery of cloud-based technology implementations. Focus on risk mitigation, stakeholder communication, and quality assurance to drive positive business outcomes for clients.
Responsibilities
- Create project mobilization and kickoff presentations for new engagements
- Develop detailed project work plans by transforming statement of work contracts into granular tasks
- Refine project backlogs at key milestones to maintain project timelines and budgets
- Lead and manage a matrixed team of engineers, architects, and principal consultants
- Track and communicate project status weekly using a RAG model
- Mitigate project risks daily and weekly, making trade-offs to meet customer expectations and contractual deliverables
- Manage stakeholder expectations, remove obstacles, and communicate effectively to advise on future roadmaps and ensure customer retention
- Quantify and track Eastwall solution value metrics and project success criteria
- Ensure high-quality documentation and presentation standards, aligning with contractual acceptance criteria
- Coordinate project delivery with Microsoft funding requirements, milestones, and deliverables alongside Sales, Finance, and Principal Consultants
Requirements
- 1-3 Years in a fast-paced Systems Integrator or Consulting organization
- Experience managing a portfolio of projects with accountability for all aspects of the project lifecycle
- Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
- High degree of emotional intelligence (EQ) and strong conflict resolution abilities
- Focus on understanding customers deeply and fostering close relationships
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Legally authorized to work in the Continental United States
Qualifications
- A college degree in technical or business disciplines is preferred but not required.
- 1-3 Years in a fast-paced Systems Integrator or Consulting organization. Experience managing a portfolio of projects with accountability for all aspects of the project lifecycle, especially engagements involving application development, cloud implementations, and cross-disciplinary department coordination.
