Delivery Director

About This Role

The Delivery Director sets the vision and aligns strategies with overall company goals, assesses and mitigates risks, and ensures efficiencies for service delivery to customers and partners. This role supports global consistency in operations and meets performance objectives for their practice.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead strategic delivery process improvements aligned with organizational goals
• Act as a change agent to eliminate structural inefficiencies and improve global delivery models
• Set strategy for global resource mix to support margin improvement and scalability
• Institutionalize best practices into repeatable offerings for the services portfolio
• Build alignment across Delivery, Market Units, and executive stakeholders for transformation initiatives
• Lead delivery sponsorships at the C-suite level to strengthen strategic relationships
• Ensure customer success plans are integrated into delivery frameworks and execution
• Govern risk management practices and drive accountability across regions and teams
• Integrate forecasting insights from Pre-Sales and CSP functions into strategic workforce planning
• Govern the application of global professional practices that support lifecycle engagement and delivery excellence

Requirements

• University degree or equivalent professional qualifications
• Used to prioritizing and taking decisions

Qualifications

• University degree, or equivalent professional qualifications, in a field relevant for the technical and/or functional area or responsibility

• Good understanding of one or more of our target industries and domain product/technology offerings
• Experience from relevant industries and markets, interacting with customers and partners
• Experience in customer facing roles
