Underwrite deals
Serve as a relationship manager to both lenders and sponsors

Requirements

2+ years of experience within commercial real estate lending as a lender or third party
Proven underwriting capabilities
Strong communication and consultative skills
Ability to provide true advocacy to clients
Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business, or related field
