Perform all production work on the Debone line, rotating through various positions to ensure efficient processing of poultry products. Work collaboratively as a team member, adhering to established operating systems and contributing to continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Perform all production work on the Debone line on a rotation basis
- Cut breasts and wings, pull skin, and use a saw
- Load product and perform tray packing
- Rotate through any other position within the Debone department
- Participate in the ongoing development and implementation of team concepts, programs, and policies
- Coordinate work to ensure best practices with all team members
- Communicate concerns and improvement ideas regarding operating systems
Qualifications
- Entry level position, no prior technical experience required
Nice to Have
- Preference for poultry or food processing organization industry experience
