Serve as the primary contact for dealers, managing all aspects of order processing to ensure customer satisfaction and advocating for dealers with leadership.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the main contact for incoming dealer calls
- Respond to incoming calls and voicemails within 24 hours
- Respond to emails from dealers within 24 hours
- Enter and manage dealer orders with 100% accuracy
- Issue Return Authorizations and create shipping labels as needed
- Communicate sales order changes to appropriate departments
- Develop and maintain positive dealer relations with buyers and staff
- Monitor and maintain order book daily
- Demonstrate proactive problem-solving skills
Requirements
- 2 years of experience in customer service
- Type 35-40 WPM
- Technically inclined
- Energetic customer phone skills to troubleshoot product problems
- Able to disassemble and reassemble top-selling products by end of 3-month probationary period
- Efficient in Microsoft Suite
- Extreme attention to detail
- Able to follow process/flow documentation
