Dealer Development Representative

About This Role

This role involves executing company strategies at Floor Covering Dealers, focusing on promoting LATICRETE products, educating distributors, and supporting key accounts to drive new and incremental business.

Responsibilities

• Present, demonstrate, and actively promote current and new products to Dealers within the assigned territory
• Ensure consistent and professional marketing presence in Dealer Showrooms through display management
• Educate distributor sales representatives on Laticrete products and motivate active brand promotion
• Work with RSM and regional sales team to develop target lists of Dealers and Contractors
• Partner with distribution to evaluate historical purchases and identify growth opportunities
• Submit quarterly reports summarizing LATICRETE performance
• Assist Technical Services on claim inspections and information gathering
• Participate in ride along sales calls with pro channel distributor sales reps
• Leverage local TSIS, Concrete Prep, and MVIS sales team to assist in closing key account targets

Requirements

• 2+ years of related work experience in Sales or in the Construction industry
• Ability to do presentations to large groups
• Valid driver’s license, current automobile insurance and a good driving record
• Physical strength to lift and carry 50 pounds
• High level of self-motivation
• Strong organizational skills
• Creative thinking
• Strong written communication skills
• Basic computer skills with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Outlook)

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work experience
• 2+ years of related work experience in Sales or in the Construction industry.

Nice to Have

• Spanish language proficiency (written and verbal)
• Prior experience working in the tile industry
