Serve as an IBM DataStage Developer, responsible for designing, developing, and implementing ETL solutions. You will collaborate with team members to ensure best practices and support system integration testing and production.
Responsibilities
- Work independently on ETL development projects including design and implementation
- Collaborate with team members to implement best practices for job development, testing, and deployment
- Identify improvements and automation opportunities for internal processes and procedures
- Author and maintain internal documentations
- Support system integration testing and production support
- Adapt to change quickly and adjust work accordingly in a positive manner
Requirements
- Expertise in IBM DataStage version 11.5 or above
- Proficiency in IBM Cloud Pak
- Proficiency in Unix
- Proficiency in SQL or another relevant language
- Knowledge of data modeling, database design, and the data warehousing ecosystem
- Skilled at the ideation, design, and deployment of DataStage solutions
Nice to Have
- Experience with DataStage cloud implementation using IBM Cloud Pak
