Join our team as a Cycling Specialist, where you'll connect with riders, provide world-class service, and ensure an exceptional cycling experience. As a vital front-line member, you'll guide customers through product selection and services, embodying the Specialized brand's passion for cycling.

Responsibilities

• Deliver world class rider-service that ensures ongoing sales and high levels of rider satisfaction
• Meet and connect with riders, ask questions, and listen to needs, then give options and advice
• Inspire purchases, celebrate transactions, and create lasting positive impressions
• Deliver transformative, inclusive, ride-focused, locally authentic, and collaborative experiences
• Assist in ensuring visual merchandising standards are met and maintained, restocking as needed
• Maintain general cleanliness standards throughout the day and reset at close of business, including light janitorial duty
• Use company literature/resources and available training to stay current on product features
• Maintain regular, dependable attendance and punctuality

Requirements

• Passion for cycling and the Specialized brand
• 1+ years of retail experience (preferred)
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to stand for extensive time periods; while occasionally walking, kneeling, or reaching
• Able to lift at least 50 lbs. or more and use proper lifting skills

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience as a current or former retail employee, bike shop experience preferred
