About This Role

The Cut Fruit Associate prepares and packages fresh, appealing cut fruits for customers, ensuring quality and hygiene in a vibrant retail setting. This role supports daily operations and provides excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cut a variety of fruits while ensuring adherence to quality and freshness standards.
• Package cut fruits for sale, ensuring they are presented in an appealing and hygienic manner.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in food preparation areas in compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Assist in managing inventory levels and communicate any shortages or quality issues to supervisors.
• Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with inquiries and recommendations regarding fruit products.
• Collaborate with fellow team members to ensure efficient operations during busy periods.

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail, especially in food presentation and quality
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for customer interaction
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays

Qualifications
