Join our team as a Customer Success Intern to gain hands-on experience in customer strategy, analyze data, and improve operational processes. This role supports key initiatives to strengthen customer engagement and retention.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with Customer Success, Renewals, and Operations teams
• Support key initiatives that strengthen customer engagement and retention
• Identify automation opportunities
• Partner with cross-functional teams
• Design repeatable processes

Requirements

• Actively working towards a degree in Business, Communications, Analytics, or related field
• Graduating December 2026 or later
• Curious, analytical, and eager to learn
• Comfortable working with data and recognizing patterns
• Clear communicator who enjoys improving customer experiences
• Organized with strong attention to detail
• Interested in Customer Success, operations, or related fields

Qualifications

• Actively working towards a degree in Business, Communications, Analytics, or related field
• Currently pursuing a degree with an interest in Customer Success or operations.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Excel or data tools
• Interest in SaaS, customer engagement, or process improvement
