This role is responsible for understanding and implementing customer business requirements within EHS Insight software, providing ongoing support, and configuring the software to meet customer needs. This specialist acts as a technical point of contact, ensuring successful onboarding and continued satisfaction for clients.
Responsibilities
- Understand and implement customer business requirements in EHS Insight during onboarding and for ongoing support
- Offer options and recommendations to customers based on system capabilities and limitations
- Configure software with custom fields, formulas, and reports
- Learn the proprietary EHS Insight configuration language (JavaScript, XML, SQL)
- Understand and call APIs using Postman
- Gather customer business requirements, determine optimal solutions, and implement them in EHS Insight
- Act as the technical point of contact for client project teams to configure EHS Insight
- Diagnose, debug, and document issues within the Platform
- Provide timely responses to high priority tickets and incidents via FreshDesk
- Assist clients in understanding APIs, setting up roles, modules, and reports
- Conduct demos and meetings for integration planning and configuration
Requirements
- Knowledge and experience with SQL Server Queries, XML, JSON, and JavaScript
- Understanding of APIs and how to call them using Postman
- Knowledge and experience with advanced Excel (functions, macros, pivot tables, etc.)
- Ability to be flexible and work analytically in a problem-solving environment
- Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills
- Ability to work successfully across different departments and teams
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to efficiently work under deadlines to complete assigned tasks
- Ability to exhibit resourcefulness in resolving issues
- A working understanding of web technology and browser-based applications (APIs, SaaS, web platforms, etc.)
- Experience supporting SaaS based software systems and working with customers to determine their technical issues
- US Citizenship
Nice to Have
- Environmental, Health and Safety experience
- C# or Visual Basic experience
- Writing code to call APIs and manipulate data
- Business Analyst experience
