About This Role

This role is for a high-energy, resilient Customer Engagement Specialist focused on outbound sales and lead generation for medical equipment. You will initiate conversations and qualify leads with physicians, medspas, and aesthetic practices.

Responsibilities

• Conduct high-volume outbound calls to physicians, medspas, and aesthetic practices
• Qualify leads by assessing interest, budget, and timing for high-quality handoffs
• Re-engage with existing system owners to identify expansion or upgrade opportunities
• Maintain meticulous records within Salesforce CRM

Requirements

• 2-3 years of disciplined B2B outbound sales experience
• Comfortable with 100% cold-calling and lead generation
• Ability to navigate gatekeepers and engage decision-makers

Qualifications

• 2 to 3 years of disciplined B2B outbound sales experience

Nice to Have

• Experience at disciplined sales organizations (e.g., ADP, Xerox, Cintas, Paycom)
