The Customer Care Associate II is responsible for handling a high volume of inbound calls, providing customer service for property insurance inquiries, and assisting borrowers and agents with premium disbursements and policy information.
Responsibilities
- Answer high volume inbound calls and provide effective quality customer service regarding property insurance
- Support borrowers and Carrier/Agents by providing detailed information on how to obtain property insurance
- De-escalate calls and process complaints
- Handle disbursement of premiums
- Cross train to assist with borrower follow ups
- Assist answering questions in the help desk
- Meet and maintain availability standards, schedule adherence and attendance guidelines
- Update records and note system as required
- Deliver timely, accurate customer service ensuring the highest level of satisfaction
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED (Preferred)
- 0-2 years experience (Preferred)
