Customer Delivery Project Manager

About This Role

Lead the end-to-end delivery of identity and access management solutions for customers, ensuring project success and driving customer satisfaction. Establish consistent delivery practices to support business growth in a rapidly changing security landscape.

Responsibilities

• Lead Customer Delivery Projects from planning through handover for identity and access management solutions
• Drive Customer Satisfaction by ensuring successful end-to-end delivery of solutions
• Enable Scalable Growth by establishing consistent delivery practices that reduce risk and improve predictability
• Manage end-to-end delivery, including configuration, testing, training, and system handover
• Develop Project Plans, defining scope, milestones, timelines, and resource requirements while managing dependencies and risks
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (software, technical, sales, presales) to ensure smooth and timely delivery
• Manage change and risk by proactively handling scope changes, delivery risks, and issue resolution
• Maintain Documentation, including project documentation, implementation plans, and customer handover materials

Requirements

• Prior experience in project coordination, project management, or customer delivery roles within technology-driven environments
• Exposure to SaaS products and/or technology-led solutions with strong technical aptitude
• Experience supporting or managing customer relationships throughout the project lifecycle
• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
• Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn and contribute across disciplines

Qualifications

• Degree in Business, computer science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Prior experience in project coordination, project management, or customer delivery roles within technology-driven environments.

Nice to Have

• Formal project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or similar)
