About This Role

This role involves providing professional, organized, and timely support to customers as a knowledgeable ambassador for the Pneu-Dart brand. The Customer Care Provider will manage client accounts, address inquiries, process orders, and travel to represent the company at events.

Responsibilities

  • Manage front-line telephone queues, offering expertise on products, services, and campaigns
  • Maintain and oversee client accounts within the Order Management System (OMS)
  • Ensure accurate data entry, meticulous attention to detail, and clear documentation
  • Address clients’ needs and concerns comprehensively, striving for one-call resolutions
  • Provide timely responses to all email inquiries, aiming for a 24-hour turnaround
  • Process online orders, proactively engaging with clients to provide valuable insights and product education
  • Adhere to all procedures and guidelines, ensuring compliance in every transaction
  • Handle daily closings, monthly statements, and other tasks as required
  • Assist with various customer needs as they arise
  • Travel periodically throughout the year to corporate events, trade shows, and industry functions

Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED or equivalent
  • Proficient in Enhanced Call Control
  • Customer-focused mindset with strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in diverse team settings
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills, along with active listening abilities
  • Familiarity with basic accounting procedures
  • Efficient in time management and adaptable to fluctuating business demands
  • Outgoing personality maintaining composure in high-pressure situations
  • Proficiency in Office Suite programs (word processing, spreadsheets, calendar management)
  • Flexible and capable of adjusting daily schedules

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma/GED or equivalent required
  • 2-4 years of experience in customer service, call center operations, or a related field preferred

  • Associate's degree in business administration or equivalent experience
  • 2-4 years of experience in customer service, call center operations, or a related field
