• Collaborate with other crew members to ensure smooth operations on-site
• Maintain clear communication with team members regarding traffic patterns and safety protocols

Requirements

• Strong communication skills to effectively direct traffic and coordinate with team members
• Ability to work in various weather conditions while maintaining focus on safety
